60% Alcohol - 120 Proof
Mata Hari is called a Bohemian style absinthe and though I don't know exactly what that means it sure sounds neat! I did find a recipe for for a Bohemian Style absinthe vs. the French Style, in the Bohemian style instead of pouring ice water over the sugar cube you pour absinthe over the sugar cube and then set the cube on fire. Those wacky bohemians... PS: please don't try this at home and set something such as yourself on fire and then cut your lawyers loose on me, if you can't handle setting high alcohol content drinks on fire then don't mess with it.
The folks at Mata Hari tell me that all ingredients are natural, high levels of Thujon & Absinthin and no dominant taste of anise for better mixing.
