Winery Description - The Maule Valley's San Clemente area vineyards enjoy higher altitude and cooler temperatures, which define the fresh fruit character which is prevalent in Chilean Sauvignon Blancs.  Bright greenish-gold in color, the aromas of Nostalgia Sauvignon Blanc are exactly the aromas of the varietal:  grapefruit, casaba melon and fresh hay.  The flavors reflect the same character, with a palate of refreshing crispness which calls for a plate of fresh shellfish or salads and light fare.
