Made from 4 grains, twice distilled one batch at a time and aged in new charred oak barrels, with a deep flavor, round feel in the mouth and lingering finish.

On November 28, 2007 The New York Times Dining writers did a tasting of 25 bourbons for an article titled "Bourbons Shot at the Big Time" (click the link to read the article) in which they compiled a list of their favorite bourbons. They tasted this Hudson 4-Grain Bourbon and they wrote "We liked it very much but left it off the list because it is virtually impossible to find", which is true, but you can get it here on MONDOliquor.com.

Keep in mind when ordering that this producer is very small and hand-crafts all their bourbons so sometimes the order has to wait until we are re-supplied, but we know them and they take good care of us and make sure that we get their product when it's available.
